Safety and Storage:
ELectrical grade magenesium oxide is non-toxic,but with a tiny amount of dust,mask and gloves areto be used during operation. The MgO powder is to stored in a dry place, with a storage period no more than 12 months after delivery.
Special instructions for middle high temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide:
1-Strong moisture resistance: The medium-temperature magnesium oxide produced by our company has a moisture resistance greater than 2000MΩ. It has not been sealed for a long time of 72 hours or more after humidity test (92 percent humidity, temperature 50 degree ), and the insulation also has a drop in line resistance. The moisture-proof ability can greatly increase the production cycle and reduce the requirements for sealing materials. Ordinary silicone sealing is sufficient.
2- Strong high temperature resistance: The medium high temperature magnesium oxide powder made by Jaye industry can reach a maximum of 800 degree , which fills the defect that the high temperature powder has no moisture resistance.
